I have also used the carvin dcm 2500 for dual 18 subs. I have used QSC rmx 2450, plx 1802, yorkville ap 3400, ev q1212, jbl mx 1200 and several others to name a few and the carvin is truly one of my favorites. Given its price point the power and reliability of this amp seems to me on par or slighty better than the aforementioned amps. My experience has been owner and sound for a local live entertainment night club as well as dj use over 30 years.84YLL45
