Hi John: I read your review, and purchased a Benchmark ADC1 USB so that I could digitize my vinyl LPs. However, I am facing a problem from the beginning of its setup for its USB output. I use BIAS Peak LE V6.2 in Macbook G4, with a separate DAC. I have assigned both ADC1 USB and DAC as aggregate devices in Audio MIDI setup. However, I cannot record the ADC1 USB inputs (I get only hum noise at high gains, not music.) I have tested several possibilities and found that ADC1 USB works for direct digital output from optical (connected through an Edirol USB interface). Do you think I've got a lemon or I have some setting errors? Your suggestion is highly appreciated.
