Fred was a great guy and really knew his stuff. When I was working for audio manufacturers in Los Angeles, he was a great source of feedback, insight, and information, and a great storyteller and overall fun character besides. I send Laurel my deepest condolences.

I worked with Fred when he was to top dog at Studio B off Larchmont and Melrose. Fred was the real deal and showed a young kid around. I only worked with him for 5 months before I decided to go back to school but I have remembered all that he taught me and what a good guy he was.

I worked with Fred at Electronic Arts. He was a very unassuming kind of guy who wasn't afraid to learn new things. Fred was one of a kind and a true gentleman. I am very sad for Laurel and will miss Fred. take care my friend

I went to school with Fred and was with him many evenings in his garage recording studio wher he first worked with the Firesigh Theater. We even recorded a few comic bit together long ago. I have often wondered what beacme of Fred and had searched the internet several times beofre I ran across this posting. I never knew Laurel, but I extend my heartfelt condolences on the passing of my old friend.
