I’m proud to say that I had the chance to see Les at the Iridium twice. I took my brothers, sisters & Mom. He was a gracious host & stayed after the late performance to shake each hand, tell stories, & sign every picture, guitar, T-shirt & the like. What a great man! We will all miss you Les.

I saw him in an interview at the Hall Of Fame a few years back and was bowled over by the intelligence of the man. Like Elvis, Les was one of a kind. We will miss him greatly.

What a great man! A great musician/inventor and a legend in his own time! The music world was a greater place because of the influence you had over millions of players and fans alike Steve Suekey

I remember following he and Chet Atkins around a vintage guitar show to listen to them play duets on the various guitars in the booths... early 1989 in Atlanta I think...
