Haven't heard any glitches plugging in USB power during recording. Which means that one can change battery packs on the fly for a very long recording. Some glitchy noises with my Rode NT4 on starting to record with phantom power (NT4 automatically switches between battery and phantom). A soft moving pitch squeal when using phantom power and USB via mains or computer. Otherwise great value for <$200 since July 2009.
