"We wanted to strengthen our in-house television, radio and online video capabilities, and we found the perfect partner in Cotton Hill," said Ed Mitzen at Fingerpaint, which is located in Saratoga Springs, NY with a satellite office in Wayne, PA. "They're experts at producing digital media, and they also have extensive experience in audio post-production." Mitzen, founder of Fingerpaint, said the purchase enables Fingerpaint to serve clients in every aspect of broadcast and online content production.

Cotton Hill has helped create sound and video for national and regional clientele across multiple industries including education, banking, legal, entertainment, healthcare and tourism.  

Cotton Hill will be rebranded as a Fingerpaint office. Its studio, designed by renowned studio architect John Storyk, will remain in Albany. All of Cotton Hill's staff will join Fingerpaint, bringing the agency's employee count to 82.
