Marcoussis, France (November 7, 2016)—L-Group , the holding company for L-Acoustics, has acquired Camco, the pro audio manufacturer of high-end amplified controllers, DSP and audio network solutions.

Wenden, Germany-Camco has developed amplified controller technology for more than a quarter-century and holds several patents in the trade. The company has 50 employees and distributes its products in 60 countries around the globe, in addition to supplying components to pro sound system manufacturers.

No word was given as to whether Camco will stay in its current location or the status of retaining management and employees.
