imgNashville, TN (February 28, 2014)—The PLASA Focus Nashville event, held February 18 and 19 at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, hosted nearly 800 attendees to explore Professional Development Programs and Exhibitor Sessions, as well as see the latest technologies presented by more than 60 brands, including Applied Electronics, DiGiCo, and Neutrik USA.

With Professional Development Programs and Exhibitor Sessions, attendees were busy taking in all the information they could over the two-day event. One session included a focus on safety, presented by the Event Safety Alliance and Impact Access.

“This event saw the second highest attendance figure since the PLASA Focus series started out in the US two years ago. In addition to quantity, exhibitors have been speaking enthusiastically about the high quality of visitors they saw and consequently many have already signed up for booth space at the forthcoming PLASA Focus shows in Baltimore and Austin later this year,” commented Christopher Toulmin, director of PLASA Events.

“What we have enjoyed the most is the quality of the attendees. We've had the opportunity to speak to a lot of people, answer their questions, and also meet with customers who use our products on a regular basis,” added Mark Boyadjian of Neutrik USA.

Organizers PLASA Events have confirmed that a substantial number of exhibitors have already signed up for the next two installments of the PLASA Focus series. The first is taking place in Baltimore, Maryland, on May 8 and 9, 2014, at Loyola University, and the second in Austin, Texas, on September 10 and 11, 2014, at the Palmer Events Centre.
