Old Lyme, CT (August 4, 2017)—Sennheiser has announced a. U.S. trade-in program through December 14 for 600 MHz band-based wireless gear, following the FCC’s decision to phase out its use  for wireless audio.

Sennheiser will take non-compliant wireless systems from any manufacturer as a trade-in towards new Sennheiser FCC-compliant equipment through a rebate program. A non-compliant wireless system is one that operates in the 600 MHz range above 608 MHz.

Owners then purchase Sennheiser systems from an authorized dealer; options included in the program are XS Wireless; evolution wireless G3; evolution wireless D1; AVX and SpeechLine Digital Wireless; 2000 Series; 3000 / 5000 Series; and Digital 6000.

Concluding the rebate process, consumers should send their outdated gear to Sennheiser; eligible Sennheiser models and their trade-in values are:
