The extended tech support service will help end users resolve issues in both the live and studio market sectors. The extended hours are a response to the growing number of FOH and monitor engineers using Waves, along with their growing need for technical expertise for assistance to users who need to solve live sound issues in real time.
Waves Tech Support is now available all week long at the following hours:
Sunday through Thursday: 4:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight (EST)
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight (EST)
Saturday: 4:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight (EST)
