New York, NY (July 5, 2016)—Clearwing Productions, based in both Phoenix, AZ and Milwaukee, WI, has taken on a considerable amount of Allen & Heath live sound gear for its production rental inventory, including a new dLive S5000 digital mixer, equipped with a DM64 MixRack and a DX32 Expander with Dante card.
Clearwing’s Nick Dressler explained, “The dLive was something we needed in our rental inventory. It’s a rock-solid mixer with simple drag-n-drop setup and extensive DSP and things our rental customers demand like redundant networking capabilities and hot-swappable power supplies.”
Dressler noted that Clearwing’s new dLive is currently on tour with Delicate Productions, a California-based touring production company and he plans to use the mixer on several other high-profile tours this year. “Our systems integration division regularly installs the dLive and other Allen & Heath mixers for their clients,” said. “Now”, he noted, “tour designers have taken to this desk.”
Clearwing additionally added eight ME-1 Personal Mixers, an ME-U Monitor Hub, a Qu-Pac and an AR2412.
