Laguna Hills, CA (March 7, 2013)—Headphone manufacturer Audiofly has updated its Performance Series universal fit in-ear monitors with Hearing Components' Comply brand Premium AF78 Earphone Tips.
Built by musicians, the Performance Series offers three combinations of professional grade balanced armature drivers with crossover circuitry. From stage to street, the AF140 and AF160 offer two interchangeable cables with a Soundpatch connector designed for a low profile. First is the Audioflex SL super-light twisted cable, geared for stage-use with a connection over the ear. The second cable included is the Audioflex CT cable for iOS device compatibility.
The dual driver AF78 features a balanced armature device, and a 9mm dynamic driver. The combination reportedly provides separation across the frequency range and delivers detail andresponse in the lower and mid frequencies. Listeners can experience music via four sets of silicon ear tips, and two sets of Comply foam tips included.
“Our goals align with Audiofly’s,” said Steve Thompson, director of sales and marketing for Hearing Components. “Comply Foam Tips offer an improved universal fit that can lead to increased sound isolation, long term comfort, and a more intimate sound.”
“Whether they’re used on-stage, in the recording studio or at home, we anticipate people will use our in-ear monitors for extended periods of time,” added Dave Thompson, CEO of Audiofly. “We chose to include Comply Premium Earphone Tips to tailor fit the in-ear monitors for an improved overall music experience--whether its for active listening, sound isolation, long-term play or professional use.”
