imgSeattle, WA (January 14, 2013)—Behringer has released version 2.0 of its XiControl iPad app. New features include a re-skinned interface, performance enhancements and control over FX, Scene Management, Input Channel Setup, Monitor Mixing and more.

XiControl now offers access to all eight onboard FX processors and allows tweaking of effects parameter settings; additionally, all FX processors are presented with the same graphical GUI as seen on the X32. The new remote scenes manager allows scene changes on-the-fly, while a new Recorder control page provides transport control over record and playback of tracks to/from a thumb drive connected to X32’s top panel USB port.

The editing tab in XiControl Version 2.0 now incorporates a dynamics section, allowing the user to control the performance of the 32 preamps from anywhere in the venue. P16 personal monitoring buses can also be controlled from one or multiple iPads, allowing performers to create their own preferred monitor mixes; or allow the engineer to dial in mixes from the stage.

XiControl is available as a free download from Apple's App Store.
