Philly Int'l Records To Be Demolished

Broad St. has welcomed some of Philadelphia’s greatest soul artists for recording sessions at the city’s famed studio. On October 15, the property was sold to Dranoff Properties, which will demolish the building to make room for a condo and hotel.  MORE
