Mixing FOH For Fall Out Boy

Fall Out Boy has been crossing the country with rapper Wiz Khalifa on the Boys of Zummer tour this year, and along for the ride is a sizable audio system from Clair Global (Lititz, PA). Chad Olech, engineering FOH for FOB, has been making the most of the sizable Clair i3 cabinets and CP218 subs PA, as well as a DiGiCo SD5 console, marking his first time on the desk.  MORE

The Grateful Dead Splits

After five decades, the Grateful Dead called it a day earlier this month with its Fare Thee Well mini tour. Along for the final ride was longtime sound provider Pro Media/UltraSound, which built a sizable audio system for the shows. The result was a system complicated enough that the company turned to Gainesville, FL-based Ramtech to design and construct a specialized splitter for the stage input and output system requirements.  MORE
