Phelps, NY (September 20, 2006)--1st Priority has premiered its PAW Series Pro Audio Workstations. The 3-level range is available in a range of configurations suitable for studio and live recording use or for venue playback use by DJ or radio stations.

The PAW series was created by Paul Fletcher, formerly of Neve (U.K.) and Creative Labs, and has been designed to include the highest-quality hardware while still being affordable to the widest range of customers. With prices starting below $1,000 for the entry-level system, each system is ready to use straight out of the box. Every system is shipped with Windows XP Pro and is Vista-ready.

Each system also comes with a bundle of audio and studio software as well as demo versions of many commercial applications from companies like Sony, Steinberg and Propellerhead. The systems are available in three case formats--standard mini tower, compact and rackmounted.

1st Priority has been in business in NY state for 16 years and saw the opportunity to become involved in the growing market for small and home studios earlier this year as well as a secondary growing market for PC-based sound systems for entertainment and retail venues. Paul Fletcher has more than 20 years experience in the PC-based audio and music marketplace and worked on Neve's first all-digital mixing desk in the early '80s, and organized the European launch event for Creative Labs' AWE32.
