Nashville, TN (March 27, 2007)--615 Music has launched a new music library entitled "Scoring Stage" and is the recipient of a 2006 Daytime Emmy Award nomination. 615 Music president/CEO Randy Wachtler made the announcements.

Described by Wachtler as "a fierce live orchestra delivering a fresh contemporary sound," the new "Scoring Stage" is comprised of soaring, majestic music specifically designed for use in feature films and film trailers, TV shows and promos, and videogames and gaming trailers.

615 Music's composers have written and recorded "Scoring Stage" to the very highest quality standards with a 65-piece live orchestra. Delivery of the new library will be made available to clients by hard drive, digital download or on CD. The initial collection features 50 themes and over 250 cuts, ranging from "Action/Adventure--Positive," "Action/Adventure--Dark" and "Suspense/Mystery/Horror," to "Light Comedy/Quirky" and "Romance/Heartwarming."

Working on behalf of its client, The Today Show, 615 Music has received a Daytime Entertainment Emmy Award nomination for its post-Katie Couric era song, "It's A New Day, Today." The just announced Daytime Emmy Nominations included The Today Show's nom for Outstanding Original Song, which was written by 615 Music's composers/lyricists Randy Wachtler and Greg Barnhill, and NBC's Frank Radice.
