Las Vegas, NV (April 20, 2009)–615 Music is representing three new music catalogs at the NAB Show: RSM (Reliable Source Music) Live Source and Adonys 5.1.
Said 615 Music president and CEO Randy Wachtler, “RSM is a popular catalog from the UK and we look forward to representing them here in the US. The music is diverse, and will be a very good fit for film and TV. Our LA office will especially do well with RSM.” He adds, “And Live Source is also an exciting new collection that I believe will do very well for our clients. Additionally, Adonys 5.1 is one of the first catalogs to offer surround mixes as well as traditional stereo mixes. Our film clients will love this catalog!”
Reliable Source Music (RSM) is a London-based production music library that was founded by Wayne Bickerton. The RSM catalog features 85 CDs of music in diverse styles and genres from composers in England.
The Live Source catalog is a new library from Banshee Music, a sonic branding agency and next generation music publisher, and features the work of composer Chris Hanson. Other musical contributors to Live Source include Guns ‘N Roses/Velvet Revolver drummer Matt Sorum and Violent Femmes drummer Victor DeLorenzo.
Adonys 5.1 is a new catalog from Paris that features all mixes available in 5.1– as well as stereo–and offers clients the ability to insert music that is already encoded in Dolby Digital AC-3 format.
During NAB 2009, 615 Music will be offering “Happy Hours” with beer and wine to guests who visit the company’s NAB Booth # SL9111, on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, from 2:30–4:30 p.m. Live music will be provided by artist Mark Slaughter from the band Slaughter.
