A new support feature also includes links to interactive and social media sites, like Facebook and Twitter, along with access to personalized accounts, and a viewable, downloadable catalog. The company blog, which features advice and short profiles of projects, has also been updated with a new look and feel.
Meanwhile, the new “Ultimate Guarantee” finds the company promising to deliver better sound-control solutions, at better prices for comparable solutions, with better customer service.
