Hollywood, CA (October 25, 2005)–The AES LA Section will be hosting a technical workshop called, Here Come The Hits! – Building a Project Studio, on Saturday, November 19 at the Beverly Garland Holiday Inn in North Hollywood, CA from 9 AM to 6 PM. The one-day workshop will cover the important facts of outfitting a studio in a spare bedroom, a garage or a temporary environment and will incorporate product demos and a vendor showcase, featuring recording and acoustic treatment products.

-Musicians that need somewhere private to record their sessions.
-Engineers and producers planning to build a dedicated project studio.
-Music/dialog editors looking to design a personal-use post facility.
-Voice-over artists who prefer to work off-line.

Registration is $40 (AES members), $50 (non-members), $30 (students), and course materials, buffet lunch and parking are included in the registration fee.
