New York, NY (December 17, 2008)--An enthusiastic audience of recording engineers, studio owners, students and Beatles fans packed the Ed Sullivan Theater on the evening of December 3 to participate in a special presentation by Recording The Beatles authors Kevin Ryan and Brian Kehew.
The event was hosted by the AES New York Section.
Ryan and Kehew provided attendees with mesmerizing anecdotes from their extensively researched, 500-page landmark book.
In addition to discussing the techniques and technology behind the music, the presentation featured soundbites from Beatles recording sessions and photos of Abbey Road Studios and gear in the 1960s and prior.
