Italy (March 16, 2005)–A&G has announced the next release of X-Spat Adapter for Richmond Sound Design’s AB64. The new hardware adapter provides X-Spat full compatibility with a digital audio slot on the back panel of the show control system, offering AB64 real time 3D control of stereo or mono audio sources and double Firewire 400 in/out ports.
A&G has also announced that it’s beta testing time for A&G See’n’Sound version 1.5 for Mac OS X. This new release offers a completely new way to generate coordinates for X-Spat and it is really something never seen before. Thanks to its Ghost Window mode, it simply generates 3D coordinates from 2D digital movies. The movies could be loaded in See’n’Sound or played by Pro Tools, Final Cut or any other audio/video/MIDI workstation.
A&G has also released the X-Spat Controller for Windows XP version 1.5. The new software provides full MIDI control on all the new presets of A&G X-Spat card for Apogee Rosetta 800 converter and Richmond Sound Design AB64, and it offers two new windows providing 3D control of stereo audio sources and a graphic environment for outputs positioning.
A&G will be at Frankfurt MusikMesse, Hall 5.1, Booth #88b, inside MegaAudio’s area.
