Machine (left) during Lamb of God sessionsThe British 1980’s analog design is fitted with a mixture of brown and blue Rupert Neve-designed revisions. The 28×24 in-line console is a welcomed addition to Sound of Music’s Studio B.
In recent sessions, Lamb of God was in the studio working on their new album with producer/engineer Machine. Lucero was in the studio working on their new album with David Lowery, from Camper van Beetoven and Cracker, and co-owner of Sound of Music.
Bella MorteBella Morte has been recording their new album, Bleed the Grey Sky Black with John Morand (Sparklehorse, Cracker; co-owner of Sound of Music), who was assisted by Molly Berg for one day of the sessions. Back in April, Jason Molina (Songs Ohia) visited Sound of Music to work on the latest Magnolia Electric Co. release with Lowery and Miguel Urbiztondo producing, and Alan Weatherhead engineering.
