AP Runs Test Bench Competition

Beaverton, OR (August 17, 2007)--Audio Precision believes that every engineer should be proud of his test bench, and is holding a contest to promote this concept. In its press release, the company states, "Whether it's stacked to the ceiling with every piece of gear ever made, perfectly squared away or looks like a cyclone hit it (but it works!), your bench says something about who you are and how you operate."

Beaverton, OR (August 17, 2007)--Audio Precision believes that every engineer should be proud of his test bench, and is holding a contest to promote this concept. In its press release, the company states, "Whether it's stacked to the ceiling with every piece of gear ever made, perfectly squared away or looks like a cyclone hit it (but it works!), your bench says something about who you are and how you operate."

The company is inviting engineers to submit a photo for the first Test Bench of the Year competition. Winners in each category will get their photos posted. The overall winner gets an iPod Nano. Participants will get extra points for prominent AP gear.

The Test Bench of the Year competition categories are:
• Best equipped bench
• Most cables and coffee cups
• Proudest owner/biggest grin on an engineer

Send images (2MB max) to audio.tst@ap.com. Please specify if you want your company name posted with the photo or not. Entries will be accepted though September 25, 2007.
