Calabasas, CA (July 17, 2008)–Audio Impressions, Inc. will hold the first public preview of its release version DVZ Strings at the audioMIDI.com Film & TV Composition Clinic in Chatsworth, CA on Saturday, July 26.
AI’s DVZ Strings, a virtual instruments and high-resolution 70-piece orchestral string library, includes samples of Stradivari and Guarneri instruments and features technologies developed to produce real time, real world orchestral balance for accurate score transcription. Included is Audio Impressions’ Space, Decca Tree and microphone cross-bleed simulation software with continuously variable room size and acoustic adjustments.
Audio Impressions’ future releases include DVZ Winds, DVZ Brass, and Ai Percussion. Audio Impressions Realtime Instruments Libraries are aimed at film, TV and videogame composers, live theater performances and music education.
Keynote speakers at the event, to be held from 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. on July 26, will include Chris Stone, film/TV composer and CEO of Audio Impressions, Inc.; composer Joel Goldsmith ( Stargate: The Ark of Truth, Stargate: Atlantis and Call of Duty 3); and composer Kevin Kiner ( CSI: Miami, Star Wars: The Clone Wars).
