Indianapolis, IN, (May 2, 2008)–Auralex Acoustics is now offering a free Large Room Analysis Form, including product recommendations and placement, to customers facing the challenges of larger spaces such as churches and gymnasiums.
Customers can download both the original Personalized Room Analysis and new Large Room Analysis forms as PDFs from Auralex’s home page or call Auralex directly to have a copy of either form faxed. Once the form is downloaded, customers must print it and fill out all sections. The more information included, the more accurate the recommendations from Auralex engineers. Required information includes room type, use and dimensions.
Auralex’s Large Room Analysis Form is catered to meet the needs and acoustical challenges of larger spaces and sanctuaries, in terms of seating type and capacity. A large room analysis specialist will handle these projects.
“Our Personalized Room Analysis Form has been very successful in the past, in the pro audio and home markets,” says Dave Paxton, director of operations at Auralex Acoustics. “We wanted to expand our services to cater specifically to the needs of customers with larger spaces, specifically church sanctuaries and gymnasiums, as both are growing markets for our company.”
After Auralex receives requests, they are sorted geographically and routed to the appropriate consultant. Within two to three business days, an Auralex consultant will review the information and formulate suggestions for Auralex products and their suggested placement in the room(s). Products can then be purchased through an authorized Auralex dealer.
The Personalized Room Analysis is limited to a maximum of two hours of phone discussions, e-mails and/or faxed correspondences to ensure that Auralex can assist everyone in a timely fashion. If product application support needs exceed this limit, an Auralex representative will contact the customer to discuss additional options.
