Quincy, IL (January 8, 2007)–Broadcast Electronics (BE) kicked off another year of growth with the announcement that it has restructured its sales organization to reflect its role as an end-to-end supplier of radio systems. Effective immediately, all BE regional sales managers will offer total solutions from the BE studio and the RF product lines.
In addition, BE has appointed key personnel to account management roles and realigned geographic territories in order to better serve broadcasters planning and developing their digital and analog operations. Details of the changes can be found on the Contact and Purchase pages of BE’s website.
The announcement comes on the heels of news that BE has hired two new regional sales managers in the U.S. and has established a new office in the Asia Pacific region along with the appointment of a new sales manager there. In the past year, BE also broke ground on a plant expansion that will increase manufacturing capacity, widened its network of representatives around the world and hired additional customer service personnel.
Continuing BE’s commitment to customer service, the new structure now establishes all BE product categories under one sales organization to provide broadcasters with a single point-of-contact for BE RF products as well as studio products.

In addition to sales and operational changes in the past few months, BE has made several product enhancements that will meet today’s digital radio requirements, including a new tube HD Radio transmitter for high-powered configurations.
