New York City (October 20, 2006)–On the heels of successfully soundtrack producing the theme for the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, composer/producer Joel Beckerman and his multitalented music and sound company Man Made Music followed up with the launch of ReelzChannel.
ReelzChannel is, as described on their website, “a new multimedia brand dedicated to entertaining, informing, directing and connecting fans to everything movies.”
“For the first time there is a multi media product that will offer itself as a gateway to locating movies at the theatre, home viewing and the internet or finding everything about a movie that the viewer is about to watch,” said Beckerman, “and we were excited to be a part of this project, connecting music and sound to everything movies.”
Man Made Music, a full service music company with offices in both New York and Los Angeles, is known for its diverse projects and multidisciplinary approach, as they do all facets of television music: composing, music supervision, soundtrack producing as well as sonic branding.
In addition to ReelzChannel, Beckerman and Man Made Music also launched Al Gore’s Current TV, The TV Guide Channel and the W Channel, among others.
