New York (May 21, 2010)--Behringer will launch of a suite of products developed expressly for the installed sound market at InfoComm.
The new “Eurocom” line will include components for commercial, industrial and institutional applications.
According to the copmany, the entrance into the market is backed by a “massive increase in research and development support from within the organization,” which reportedly includes designs for energy-efficiency and smaller carbon footprints. The Eurocom line will feature a proprietary new design language, which the company expects will impact its overall product strategy.
“We’re very excited about the launch of the Eurocom product line and look forward to seeing how it impacts the business” commented Costa Lakoumentas, VP of Installed & Commercial Sound. He continued, “The products are truly progressive and unique, and will bring a new level of value to the install market. We’ve been laying the groundwork for this division for years, and anticipate that people will be surprised by what we’re able to bring to the table.”
InfoComm will see a rollout of the Behringer MA Series, which includes mixers, amplifiers and integrated mixer-amplifiers, as well as other new Eurocom products.
