Florent Bernard, L-AcousticsAccording to Bernard, "Faith and confidence in a speaker manufacturer brand is a prerequisite for considering a mission in tech support. The experience I've accumulated over the past decade with L-Acoustics' products and having appreciated the excellence of their tech support over the years made me wonder, 'Why not see things from the other side of the fence?' Now I am truly excited about the opportunity to service, help and support my fellow system and sound engineers with a good understanding of their day-to-day needs, not to mention the enjoyment of joining a group of people with a real team spirit."
Christian Heil, CEO of L-Acoustics, adds, "L- Acoustics' priority is to bring new high-quality services to the V-Dosc and Kudo touring market, including enhancing the assistance, training and tuning for which L-Acoustics has already set a benchmark. Florent's long-term involvement with the international touring market and knowledge of complex sound reinforcement productions, sound design, system tuning and operation make him the ideal person to help us raise the tech support bar for our touring clients."
Bernard now joins colleagues David Brooks, Cedric Montrezor (both in France) and Jim Kinkella (Oxnard, CA) currently on the L-Acoustics technical support team.
