Germany (March 14, 2005)--Beyerdynamic has launched its Opus Series vocal microphones. The series, which includes the Opus 29S, Opus 39, Opus 59, Opus 69 and Opus 81, focuses on performance situations from gigging vocalists in clubs to critical, high-end sound reinforcement in large concert venues.

The Opus 29S is recommended for handheld or stand-mounted use by gigging vocalists. The Opus 39 offers more performance specs than the Opus 29S. The Opus 59 is suitable for close-miking of musical instruments or speaker cabinets. The Opus 69 is designed to bring the dynamic, supercardiod microphone to the next level, and the Opus 81 condenser mic has been specifically designed to satisfy the critical demands of high-quality sound reinforcement and vocal applications.

All microphones in the Opus Series offer a generous list of optional mountings, XLR cables of varying lengths and microphones stands.
