Bosch Launches IRIS-Net V140

Burnsville, MN (October, 29 2007)--Bosch Communications Systems has released IRIS-Net V1.4. The release marks the latest incarnation of the IRIS (Intelligent Remote Integrated Supervision) control software, which is used for systems configuration of controls, processing, signal routing, and real time supervision of Electro-Voice's professional "RL" series power amplifiers.

The latest version of IRIS-Net includes the following features and additions:

New Hardware Devices:
• Three new hardware objects for control and configurations: Electro-Voice Dx38, Dynacord DSP244 and PWS Programmable Wall Stations

New DSP Objects:
• Gain Sharing Automixer
• FIR DSP Blocks
• Improved Graphic EQ Blocks
• DSP Window Text Boxes
• DSP Superblocks for creating and storing preconfigured DSP structures with parameters and settings

Additional Software Enhancements:
• New Project Generator Tool for creating amplifier based projects. The Project Generator can create a project complete with device labeling, DSP settings, Group configurations and Controls from basic user input.
• New Logging functions within IRIS-Net including applications specific events, such as user logins and online/offline events
• Automatic Online and User Login options
• Limiter Threshold Calculator
• New options for editing Textboxes
• Enhanced graphics engine
• Configuration utility for programming TPI-8/TPI-12 Touch Panel Interfaces
