Milford, MA (October 19, 2009)–THAT Corporation has hired Tim Brault as its marketing/engineering assistant. In this newly created position, Brault is responsible for market research, trade show assistance, technical marketing/engineering projects, and creating THAT’s new soundroom.
Brault, a recent graduate from UMASS Lowell with a Master’s Degree in Music: Sound Recording Technology, first joined forces with THAT as an intern in early 2006.
“Even from those fledgling internship days, it was clear Tim could think creatively and work well in a team-based setting,” says Denise Novelline, THAT’s marketing manager. “His experience as a studio and live sound engineer–as well as his experience as a musician–provide him valuable insight into our customer’s manufacturing needs. I am thrilled to add an individual of Tim’s caliber to our marketing team.”
The appointment coincides with a time of technical growth for THAT Corporation, as the company recently unveiled its first high-performance digitally programmable microphone preamp IC at the 127th AES Convention in NYC.
