Chicago, IL (March 8, 2004)–Sting recently spent three days in Studio 4 at Chicago Recording Company, overdubbing and mixing with producer Mark “Kipper” Eldridge and engineer Nate Kunkel, with assistance from Azuolas Sinkevicius. Buddy Guy was also at Chicago Recording, playing on a Sly Stone tune featuring John Mayer and Steve Jordan. Jordan produced and Pat Thrall handled engineering and Pro Tools duties.
Frankie Sullivan, of Survivor fame, recently worked in Chicago Recording’s Studio 5 with Chris Steinmetz, and Todd Brodie assisting. Holy Spirit Records is recording a new album with engineer Jeff Lane and assistant Derek Downing. And, Creepy D recently recorded basic tracks for their new album with engineers Mat Lejeune and Mike Pierce.
