Champlain, NY (February 7, 2007)–Kaysound Imports has entered into a new agreement with Chinese manufacturer CME for product distribution in the U.S. market. The agreement comes after a successful showing of new CME products at the Winter NAMM show in late January and goes into effect on March 1, 2007.
“CME has gained tremendous popularity by creating products that are not only innovative, but provide incredible quality at great price points,” said Mark Kalisky, President of Kaysound Imports. “We look forward to serving our dealers and their customers well with these great products and with many new products coming out this year.”
CME is the registered trademark of Central Music Co, originally founded inside the famous Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, China, and focused on the growing digital music production market. Besides being a successful distributor in their own right for the Chinese market, the company uses its unique talents and vision to develop and manufacture digital musical instruments to meet the needs of the new generation of professional musicians.
For the past 12 years, CME has been working to develop products from the professional musicians’ point of view. The company has an experienced R&D team as well as vast manufacturing expertise and strong strategic relationships with some of the best manufacturing facilities in China. The company researches what musicians want, and then works efficiently to make the right products to fit user needs. That is why every CME product has at least one unique market driven feature that differentiates it from other products on the market.
Since the release of CME’s first global product release–the UF Series of MIDI master keyboards–more unique CME products are being released, including the VX Series intelligent keyboards, the U-Key Mobiltone, the Matrix series audio modules, the Xcorpio USB audio interface, and the BitStream3x advanced MIDI controller.
Kaysound is a wholesale distributor of musical instrument, sound and computer products, which services over 2,000 retail customers, ranging from small independent retailers to the largest chains in the U.S. and Canada.
