Holland (November 29, 2004)--Sander Krouwel, Road Productions owner/engineer, has purchased Holland’s’ first two DiGiCo D1 Live consoles after a short introduction at PLASA and extensive training and demos at TM Audio Seminars.

Road Productions is a sound rental company based in central Holland whose core markets are corporate events, theatre shows, one-offs events and touring. Krouwel had been on the lookout for a digital solution for some time, and found that DiGiCo’s products were the first to improve on the performance of his analog desks.

"The D1 is a wolf in sheep’s clothing," remarked Krouwel. "A 64-channel mixer with unparalleled sound quality, it’s the first digital console with transparency, clarity and warmth that, until now, could only be found in top-end analogue consoles."
