Las Vegas, NV (April 15, 2008)--Disc Makers has introduced the Forte automated CD/DVD duplicator, a home/office and studio disc publishing system. The company is showcasing the Forte in its booth at the 2008 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) tradeshow in Las Vegas.

The Forte is a standalone unit that does not require a computer. It is priced at $499 MSRP.

"There is no other machine like the Forte," said Tony van Veen, President of Disc Makers. "We designed it for customers looking for professional levels of quality and speed, but who have modest volume needs. The Forte delivers all that and more for under $500."

The Forte's 20x DVD±R/40x CD-R drive features a 25-disc input/output capacity, aimed for those small- to medium-sized duplication jobs. The machine features a 160 GB hard drive that stores up to 31 full-size DVD images and offers duplication rates of seven DVDs, or 14 CDs, per hour. Advanced control features offer users the option to duplicate CDs/DVDs in both single- and multi-master modes.

As with all Disc Makers' duplicators, the Forte comes with a standard one year warranty and the company's “perfect fit” guarantee, which states that if the product doesn't fit the customer's needs, Disc Makers will give full credit towards one that does.
