Dubway Hosts Cyndi Lauper Debbie Harry Cat Power

New York City (August 15, 2006)--Pop stars Cyndi Lauper, Debbie Harry and Cat Power were at Dubway Studios working on new projects this month. Lauper guest sang on the Nick Jr. television show The Backyardigans. Harry dropped by to guest sing on Moby's new "Greatest Hits" album, expected out later this year, and Cat Power was in to track songs for an upcoming promotional project. Dubway engineers Mike Crehore, Jason Marcucci and Eric Spring tracked the sessions.

New York City (August 15, 2006)--Pop stars Cyndi Lauper, Debbie Harry and Cat Power were at Dubway Studios working on new projects this month. Lauper guest sang on the Nick Jr. television show The Backyardigans. The film is called The Living Wake and is scheduled for a 2007 release. The sessions were recorded by Dubway engineer Keith Rigling, and second engineer Eric Spring.

Meanwhile, over on the Live@VH1.com set at Dubway, Five for Fighting performed several of their hit songs including "100 Years" and "World" for the show's latest episode. Also on the set taping songs from their new albums were buzz band Pink Spiders from Nashville, and former Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell. Dubway engineer Marcucci and second engineer Spring tracked these sessions.
