Los Angeles, CA (April 26, 2004)--Endless Noise has created and produced two new mash-ups that combine David Bowie's classic "Rebel, Rebel" and new song "Never Get Old" for Audi's new "Progressions" TV commercial, directed by Lance Accord. A mash-up mixes and matches two existing songs to create a new third song.

The Endless Noise mash-up tracks have been so well received, they have inspired Bowie to release an alternate version of "Rebel, Rebel"/"Never Get Old" as a single from London-based DJ Mark Vidler. In addition, Audi and Bowie have launched an international "Create Your Own Bowie Mash-Up Track Contest," through which entrants have the opportunity to submit their own original match-ups of old and new Bowie songs. The winner of that contest, which began April 7 and ends at midnight on May 17th, 2004, will receive an Audi TT Coupe automobile.

Endless Noise founder/creative director Jeff Elmassian said, "We were originally retained by Jonathan Cude at McKinney & Silver to create a mash-up track for their Audi commercial utilizing existing Bowie songs, one old and one from the new CD 'Reality.' We did exhaustive research and experimentation with many song combination possibilities, until we realized that both lyrically and musically, the 'Rebel, Rebel'/'Never Get Old' match-up would musically illustrate the visual imagery featured in the new spot."

He added, "Our 30-second mash-up version was the creation of a piece of music that was a perfect fusion between those two Bowie songs. Our longer, 60-second version, presented us with a slightly more difficult task. In that spot, we needed to convey an evolution of the song 'Rebel, Rebel' as it slowly became 'Never Get Old.'"
