Waukegan, IL (July 9, 2007)--ETA Systems has introduced a new support program designed for the needs of audio and video consultants. Consultant Care is intended to give AV consultants everything they need to easily and successfully specify ETA Systems power quality, power management, power sequencing, power conditioning and uninterruptible power solutions.

"We've been visiting with consultants and surveying the consultant community for much of the past year," says Dennis Ver Mulm, ETA Systems' vice president of Marketing. "We know that AV consultants play a major role in project design and planning so we've been very careful to listen closely. Our new consultant care program is the result of acting on what we've learned.”

Consultant Care will provide AV consultants with complete access to specification sheets, product literature, user and instructional documentation, CAD files, and price lists in a variety of formats (from hardcopy to self service webpage) depending on the needs of individual consultants. Consultants will also have access to a dedicated consultant liaison--a contact at ETA Systems' headquarters they may call for product assistance or with technical questions, suggestions, or comments.
