The EuCon high-speed Ethernet control protocol has been developed by Euphonix to allow both Mac OSX and Windows media software applications, such as Sequoia, to be controlled from the Euphonix Pro range of consoles and controllers including the MC Pro and System 5-MC controllers, and the S5 Fusion and the System 5 digital audio mixing systems. EuCon reportedly allows high-speed, high-resolution control of fader, pans and plug-ins as well as access to many of the software's functions by the programmable keys on the Euphonix control surface for fast access to functions that are used most.

"It's great to welcome Magix to the growing number of EuCon partners that have integrated EuCon into their software," said Euphonix CEO Martin Kloiber, "Sequoia is a very highly regarded DAW with some outstanding features that can now be fully integrated with all Euphonix Pro consoles and controllers for a much richer user experience."
