Middleton, WI (October 15, 2007)--FDW-Worldwide has appointed Lonya Nenashev to the newly created position of product specialist. He will be responsible for product demonstrations and collaborating on new product development as well as providing sales and technical training to FDW-Worldwide dealers and representatives.

Beginning his career 25 years ago in the former Soviet Union, Nenashev quickly became a sought-after concert sound engineer. He immigrated to the United States in the early 1990s and began to focus his knowledge and experience into sound system design and manufacturing as a wiring technician for Neotek consoles and as an installation contractor for Full Compass Systems.

Nenashev spent the last 12 years as the technical director at Smart Studios (where the Nirvana album, Nevermind was recorded, as well as albums from Garbage, Death Cab for Cutie and Smashing Pumpkins). Since becoming a United States citizen in the mid '90s, Nenashev has also owned and operated Red Square Audio, a sound reinforcement company providing his clients with a wide range of professional audio services including live sound engineering, recording installation and repair services.

"We are thrilled to have someone of Lonya's experience and expertise to help us with the expansion and service of the FDW-Worldwide line of products," stated Garry Templin, brand manager for FDW-Worldwide.

FDW-Worldwide is the exclusive distributor in the Americas of Violet Design Microphones, Krix Loudspeakers, and exclusive international distributor of the Cable Up wire, cable and accessories line.
