Milwaukee, WI (May 31, 2007)–Milwaukee rock band Fever Marlene recently released its debut CD Civil War and a live album, Live at Pianos: New York City, which were both produced and mixed by Jack LeTourneau and engineered by Perry Blanchard at E Labs Multimedia Studios. Blanchard also produced and engineered an album for Madison, WI-based band The Selfish Gene, which LeTourneau mastered, at E Labs.
The bands–Fever Marlene and The Selfish Gene–have now teamed up as Selfish Marlene to record the legendary Beatles songs “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” and “Getting Better” for Triple M Radio.
Blues masters Westside Andy and Mel Ford Band mixed their upcoming album, Alley Cat, at E Labs Multimedia, with Westside Andy and LeTourneau co-producing, LeTourneau mixing and mastering. Fusion rockers 20 Reasons Taken recorded their forthcoming CD at E Labs Multimedia with Blanchard engineering.
Meanwhile, E Labs Remote Productions recorded The Launchpad Awards live for future release, sponsored by Les Paul and E Labs Multimedia. Launchpad is a statewide, alternative music competition for Wisconsin high school students. LeTourneau mixed and mastered the show. E Labs Remote’s truck–equipped with an SSL AWS 900+ console and SSL XLogic X-Rack modular rack system–also recorded Billy Branch and Sons of the Blues live at Rose’s in Chicago for an upcoming 30th anniversary CD and DVD release.
