Boulder, CO (June 11, 2009)--Grace Design has signed Sound-Link Marketing as its new full-line distributor for the U.K. professional audio markets.
Trading since 1992, Sound-Link Marketing was established to provide consulting, and for the supply of premium-grade studio equipment to the professional audio business. In the pursuit of top-quality clean sound, Sound-Link Marketing has become a specialist supplier of microphones for sound acquisition, reference loudspeakers and room-correction technology.
Founder and owner Roger Clemo began his audio career in 1975 when he joined Rupert Neve and Co. He has also held posts as director of U.K. sales for Martinsound, and as general manager for the U.K.-based Harris Studio Products Europe.
Regarding the new relationship with Grace, Clemo noted, "Both the microphone preamps and the reference monitoring products from Grace Design are a perfect fit in our product portfolio. Sound-Link specializes exclusively in the supply of best-in-class equipment for acquisition of sound and critical professional monitoring systems, and we've been searching for products that will truly complement our range of Gefell microphones, Geithain reference monitors and Trinnov room-correction products. We are delighted to say that Grace Design more than meets our exacting requirements."
Grace Design VP of sales and marketing, Doug Wood, added, "We're thrilled that Roger has joined the Grace family as our distribution partner for the U.K. As someone who has been fully engaged in professional audio for many years, he brings a unique and deep understanding of the requirements of audio professionals in the markets that his company serves. His clear commitment to serving his customers with best-in-class products and support mirrors the way we conduct our business. We believe this new business relationship will be an outstanding fit for both of our companies, and most importantly, our customers in the U.K."
