Grammy Award Producer / Engineer Nominations Announced

Hollywood, CA (December 7, 2007)--The nominations for the milestone 50th annual Grammy Awards were announced in Hollywood by an all-star lineup of artists, including Herbie Hancock, Fergie, Akon, Taylor Swift, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda, George Lopez, Vince Gill, Foo Fighters' Dave Gohl and Taylor Hawkins, and Recording Academy chairman Jimmy Jam.

Hollywood, CA (December 7, 2007)--The nominations for the milestone 50th annual Grammy Awards were announced in Hollywood by an all-star lineup of artists, including Herbie Hancock, Fergie, Akon, Taylor Swift, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda, George Lopez, Vince Gill, Foo Fighters' Dave Gohl and Taylor Hawkins, and Recording Academy chairman Jimmy Jam.

The leading nominees are Kanye West, with eight, and Amy Winehouse, with six. Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Rihannna, Paul McCartney, T-Pain and Timbaland are also top nominees.

In the category of Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical, the nominees are:

The 50th Annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast--for the 35th consecutive year--on CBS at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) on Sunday, February 10, 2008. The Grammy Awards was the first awards show to air in HDTV with 5.1 surround sound, and will continue to utilize the latest technology.
