Nashville, TN (September 30, 2005)--Harrison by GLW, Inc. is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Founded in 1975 by Dave Harrison, designer and developer of the first "inline" console, Harrison continues to lead the audio industry with quality, high-end film and broadcast audio mixing consoles for international film and television production, post-production, broadcasting, sound reinforcement and music recording markets.

In 1989 Harrison Systems was purchased by the Nashville-based GLW Incorporated forming what is known today as Harrison by GLW, Inc. Over the years, the success of Harrison has been a marriage of superior technology and quality.

Harrison continues to expand on its product line with the 2005 additions of the Trion console and the newly released IKISdirect DAW Control System. The Trion is a sophisticated, fully automated, digital audio console capable of controlling vast numbers of channels and even greater numbers of inputs in a post-production, live, or broadcast environment. IKISdirect is Harrison's solution to DAW control via the console's surface.

In a company statement, Harrison by GLW extended its gratitude to its customers, noting that, over the last 30 years, Harrison's consoles have earned an enviable and well-deserved reputation for technical superiority and innovation.
