Los Angeles, CA (November 3, 2006)--Over the past few months, quite a variety of special projects have been produced at Capitol Studios, including sessions for Jimi Hendrix - "The Last Experience," with producer Jerry Goldstein and engineer Eddie Kramer. Phil Ramone and Al Schmitt have been working on two interesting new projects, Ella Fitzgerald and Michael Bolton releases. And, Bright Eyes was in working at Capitol with producer/engineer Mike Mogis.

Los Angeles, CA (November 3, 2006)--Over the past few months, quite a variety of special projects have been produced at Capitol Studios, including sessions for Jimi Hendrix - "The Last Experience," with producer Jerry Goldstein and engineer Eddie Kramer. Phil Ramone and Al Schmitt have been working on two interesting new projects, Ella Fitzgerald and Michael Bolton releases. And, Bright Eyes was in working at Capitol with producer/engineer Mike Mogis.
Shown here at Capitol are (l-r): engineers Doug Botnick, Al Schmitt and Eddie Kramer with sr. studio director Paula Salvatore.Other noteworthy sessions include an Andy Williams project, being engineered by Doug Botnick and produced by Artie Butler, and work on a new Barry Manilow release, being produced by Dave Benson and engineered by Al Schmitt. Schmitt's also been at Capitol working on the new Diana Krall album, with producer Tommy Li Puma, and a Russell Watson project, with producer Nick Patrick. And, Bette Midler has been working at Capitol, with producer Robbie Buchanan and engineer Frank Wolf.
