Waterford, MI (May 18, 2005)–ISP Technologies’ model 4215 is a 4-way, active line-array system. This dual-element system is said to deliver, “the most cost-effective, high-fidelity line-array system, using optimized drivers in four separate frequency bands.
To aid in loudspeaker design, ISP has developed the proprietary LINESIM computer design program, a mathematical speaker modeling, analysis and design software that was more than a year in development. ISP says that using LINESIM allows the company to optimize the design of a custom speaker system specifically designed for individual rooms, ensuring a design with proper pattern coverage, system dispersion and high SPL performance without any system response errors.
The cabinets feature 13-ply Baltic birch plywood and dadoed joints, dual 15-inch woofers, four 8-inch drivers for upper bass and midrange, two 4-inch compression midrange drivers and two 1.75-inch, high-frequency drivers.
