Cambridge, MA (June 30, 2010)–Audio signal processing company iZotope has licensed its real-time pitch detection and pitch shifting middleware for the upcoming Rock Band 3 video game.
Using the middleware, Rock Band 3 provides players with the option to enable vocal effects commonly used in the music industry, such as pitch correction.
