New York (December 14, 2006)–JBL has appointed Paul Bauman to the position of Director, Tour Sound Product and Application Engineering. Bauman has over 22 years of professional audio and global touring industry experience, including key positions at Adamson Systems Engineering and Maryland Sound International.
Paul BaumanBauman joins JBL from L-Acoustics, where he held posts as Head of Research and Development, and Director of Technical Support. He has earned a B.Sc. in Physics and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University (Canada), a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Waterloo (Canada), with Ph.D. candidate studies at Chalmers University of Technology’s Department of Applied Acoustics (Sweden).
